This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m., on all working days and also report before the respondent Police daily at 6.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.17281 of 2022 dated 17.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
