ORDER

The present application had been filed to call for all medical records of Aadithya alias Aadhi, especially the documents pertaining to his illness and health conditions by issuing an order of subpoena to 1.Tamil Nadu State AIDS Control Society, No.417, Pantheon Road, Egmore, Chennai 600 008.

2.The ART Center (Antiretroviral Therapy), The Govt.Stanley Medical College, No.1, Old Jain Road, George Town, Chennai 600 001.

and to produce the same before this Hon'ble Court.

2. Counter has been filed by the first respondent, admitting the illness of the proposed respondent. In view of the said admission made by the first respondent, there is no necessity for ordering the medical records to be produced before this Court.

3. In such view of the matter, the application in A.No.482 of 2025 in O.P.No.210 of 2023 stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
