This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24994 of 2022 dated 17.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that even on a single day, the 1st petitioner has not complied the condition and the 2nd petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 1/3

4. In view of the above submission, so far as the 1st petitioner is concerned, as he has not complied the condition, this petition to relax the condition is dismissed. So far as the 2nd petitioner is concerned, the condition imposed on the 2nd petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.24994 of 2022 dated 17.10.2022 is relaxed.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
