pri 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that enquiry was conducted and it was closed through proceedings dated 01.11.2023 and it was also conveyed to the petitioner. In the light of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this contempt petition and accordingly the same is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
