ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant to suspend the sentence passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Villupuram in S.C.No.215 of 2020 dated 15.12.2022 and enlarge the petitioner/appellant on bail pending the disposal of the above Criminal Appeal.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on both side seeks time.

3. Since the typed set of papers is already made ready and the appeal also ripped for trial, this Court is inclined to take up the main appeal itself. Therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
