This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to restore the dismissal order dated 21.10.2024 passed by this Court in the above suit.

2. Heard both side.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent/defendant strongly opposed stating that in the affidavit, the applicant has not shown sufficient cause for her non appearance before this Court on several occasions and only to drag on the proceedings, the applicant/plaintiff has come forward with the present application.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in order to give one more opportunity to the plaintiff to prosecute her case, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
