This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.242 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that investigation in the above crime number has been conducted and the same has been closed as mistake of facts.

3. Since the First Information Report has already been closed as mistake of facts, quashing of the First Information Report does not arise.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
