Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the 1st respondent in his proceedings bearing (Na.Ka.1179/2017/Sa.Ba) Revision Petition No.01/2017/Sa.Ba. Dated 11.09.2017 served on the petitioner on 13.09.2017 and quash the same.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition pursuant to intimation received from the petitioner. He also placed the letter before this Court, wherein one J.Rajadurai, Senior Inspector/Administrator of the petitioner society addressed the learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw this Writ petition as per the Resolution No.1 of the petitioner society passed in the meeting held on 16.02.2014.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. The above said letter sent by the petitioner and the meeting proceedings shall form a part and parcel of the records relating to this Writ petition. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
