This application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the plaintiffs to file additional documents a list whereof is annexed hereto and marked as Annexure A in the Judges Summons.

A.No.9264 of 2019:

This application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to reopen the plaintiffs side evidence being PW1.

A.No.9265 of 2019:

This application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to re-call PW1, to be exmined in respect of the documents mentioned hereinabove, more fully given in the schedule in the Judges Summons.

These applications coming on this day before this Court for hearing the court made the following order: The application in A.No.9263 of 2019 has been filed to permit the plaintiffs to file additional documents a list whereof is annexed hereto and marked as Annexure A.

2. The Application in A.No.9264 of 2019 has been filed to reopen the plaintiff's side evidence being PW1.

3. The Application in A.No.9265 of 2019 has been filed to recall PW-1 to be examined in respect of the documents mentioned hereinabove more fully given in the schedule mentioned application.

4.In the course of the cross examination, certain questions were put to the plaintiffs by the defendant's counsel, which has now led to the filing of these applications to permit the plaintiffs to file additional documents, re-open and recall PW-1.

5.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/ defendnat submits that he has certain objections regarding the documents sought to be introduced.

6.If there is any inadmissible document to be marked by the plaintiff, the same shall be objected at the time of marking the document. The Master shall consider the

objection and take the document on file, subject to proof and admissibility.

7. These applications are allowed with the above direction.
