O R D E R

The writ petition is filed in the nature of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent, to consider the petitioner's representations dated 23.01.2023 and 20.03.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has raised complaints dated 23.01.2023 and 20.03.2023, before the respondents 1 to 3, vide TN/CTREG/CUD/I/COLLMGDP/20MAR23/ 5174786, to cancel the settlement deed dated 08.11.2022, Doc.No.3969 of 2022. The respondents instructed the petitioner to approach the District Collector under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and kept the petitioner's application pending. Hence the writ petition is filed.

3. The second respondent is directed consider the said representations of the petitioner by issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the private respondent and the interested parties / rival claimants, if any, and thereafter, conduct inquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
