Pursuant to the preliminary judgment passed by this Court dated 29.05.2020, this application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to pass a final decree.

This Court, by an order dated 29.05.2020, passed a preliminary mortgage decree in favour of the plaintiff directing the first defendant to pay or deposit into Court a sum of Rs.1,12,87,876/- with interest thereon at 21.6% per annum from 08.01.1996 till the date of decree and further interest thereon from the date of decree till the date of realization at the rate of 12% per annum within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the decree.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents and on the basis of the preliminary decree of this court dated 29.05.2020, final decree is passed.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed. No costs. 29.11.2024 gv 2/4
