2. The petitioner has approached this court seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari challenging the sale certificate dated 09.03.2023.

3. As already been held by us in a number of cases, the writ petition is not maintainable and the petitioner has got an alternative efficacious remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal under section 17 of the SARFAESI Act.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law. No costs. W.M.P.No.7963 of 2024 is closed.
