This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners 1 and 2 shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioners 3 and 4 shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 26361 of 2022 dated 01.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions. 1/3

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.O.P.No.26361 of 2022 dated 01.11.2022 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as an when required for interrogation.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
