ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner, seeking to issue Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents to dispose of the Petitioners' representation dated 04.12.2018 made by them requesting for issuance of Patta. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Government Advocate submits that after 2016, it is mandatory to submit the application along with appropriate fee while seeking for issuance of Patta. Therefore, if the Petitioners make an application along with appropriate fee, the same would be considered by the Respondents.

3. In view of the statement made by the learned Government Advocate, the Petitioners are permitted to make application along with appropriate fee to the Respondents and on such application being made by the Petitioners, the Respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of such application.

4. With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
