The Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking to quash the impugned Show Cause Notice issued by the third respondent in Rc.No.1134/DCT/Camp/2025 dated 16.08.2025.
Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous, as the second respondent has already passed an order in respect of the impugned notice. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
