2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioner, based on the sale agreement with the deceased mother of the defacto complainant praying to take possession of the property and seeks police protection. Civil Suit is also pending investigation in this regard, therefore, the prayer seeking protection cannot be granted.
