ORDER

With consent on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is passed, notice to the 5 th respondent / private respondent is dispensed with.

2. This petition has been filed seeking to restrain the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 from erecting the electric pillar and installation of wires in the land comprised in Survey Nos. 479/ 2c, 503/3 at Thandukaranpalayam, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District till the disposal of the suit in O.S. No 27/2019 pending before the Learned 1st Additional District Judge, Tiruppur.

It is the case of the petitioner that Survey Nos. 479/2c, 503/3 at Thandukaranpalayam, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District is a joint family property and with regard to the partition of the property, a suit in O.S.No.27 of 2019 is pending before the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Tiruppur. The respondents 1 to 4 are in the process of erecting electric poles in the said land, hence the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 25.03.2025 to the

respondents, since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has come up with the present petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 seeks time to consider the said representation of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing opportunity to the 4 th respondent.
