This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent/Police to register the complaint dated 15.10.2022 based on the order of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambattur in C.M.P.No.2152 of 2023.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/Police, on instructions, submits that an FIR has already been registered in Crime No.958 of 2024 on 09.11.2024. He has also produced a copy of F.I.R to that effect.

3. Taking note of the above fact that F.I.R has already been registered pending this petition, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
