This petition has been filed to modify the condition as the Petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Kanavilakku Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., instead of the Petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, on every day at 10.30 a.m. until further order in Crl.O.P.No.25123 of 2023 order dated 18.10.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is complying the conditions from 29.10.2024 till date and he is residing in Theni with two tender aged children and also considering the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every alternate Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
