Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st to 3rd respondents to implement the fee structure prescribed by the fee fixation committee, and to direct the 4th respondent to not to charge additional Tuition fee in the form of Break Fee/Miscellaneous, release all petitioner's certificates enabling him to pursue his further career.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to implement the fees structure prescribed by the Fee Fixation Committee. They must also ensure that all the Colleges shall

collect the fees as per the fee structure prescribed by the Fee Fixation Committee. It shall also reflect in the prospectus of every academic year.
