ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 2 and 3 from provide security for the 4th respondent for shifting machineries from the factory in illegal manner and further direct the respondents 2 and 3 to take appropriate action the 4th respondent based on the complaint dated 14.01.2017 given by the petitioner union.

Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. 3.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
