(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed to bring the legal heirs to substitute them for the sole respondent who died.

2. Heard Mr.M.Murali, learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioners.

3. Since the sole respondent died and a certificate to that effect with regard to the death as well as the certificate to the effect of legal heirs of the deceased since have been filed before this Court, having perused the same, we satisfy that the 1st respondent since died, his legal heirs can be impleaded to have an effective adjudication of the issue raised in this appeal, accordingly this petition is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout the amendment and issue notice to the newly impleaded respondents returnable in two weeks. Private notice is also permitted.
