Prayer: This second appeal is filed under Section 100 CPC to set aside the judgment and decree dated 10.07.2019 passed in A.S No.264 of 2015 by the Hon'ble II Addl. Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai reversing the judgment and decree dated 09.12.2014 passed in O.S No.1380 of 2010 by the Hon'ble III Asst. Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and allow the above second appeal.
