C.M.P.No.22754 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.143698 of 2022 SUNDER MOHAN,J.

This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 203 days in fling above captioned C.M.A.

2.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus, Chennai. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for with the above cost.

3.On payment of such costs, the Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
