This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the Additional Mahila Court (J.M. Level), Salem on every Monday, until further orders in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.20045 of 2024 dated 21.08.2024 on the file of this Court.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of eight weeks and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20045 of 2024 dated 21.08.2024 in para 6(a) is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Additional Mahila Court (J.M.Level), Salem, as and when required.
