This Petition has been filed to relax the condition (a) imposed on the petitioners in the order dated 01.10.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.24006 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 30 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No. 24006 of 2024 on 01.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders.
