Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider my representation dated 31.07.2025 and to cancel the bogus Patta proceedings comprised in S.F.No. 95/B having an extent of 12.63 Acres situated in Eripatti village, Pollachi Taluk and District within a time frame stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 31.07.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking cancellation of the patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.95/B, to an extent of 12.63 acres, situated at Eripatti Village, Pollcahi Taluk, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
