ORDER
The learned counsel states that the contempt petition was closed on 27.05.2025 on the basis of the written communication received from the Director of Medical and Rural Health Services, dated 23.07.2025, that there are
2/4 seniors by eight years to the petitioner whose requests for transfer have to be first complied with and thereafter, the petitioner's request will be complied with.
2.Noting that particular stand that there are seniors whose requests are still pending, the contempt petition was closed. In the petition now filed seeking to re-open the contempt petition, it is contended that the number of vacancies had been wrongly given to this Court. But, it is not a question of number of vacancies available, but whether the petitioner can be transferred overlooking the request of those who had given similar requests earlier in time. 3.I am not inclined to re-open the contempt petition and therefore, this sub - application stands dismissed.
