ORDER

This Petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to be impleaded as second respondent in W.P.No.30551 of 2025.

2. Heard N.Subramaniyan, learned counsel for the impleading petitioner and Mr.S.Senthil, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.C.Gouthamaraj, learned counsel for the official respondent.

3. Mr.S.Senthil, learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that he is not seriously opposing the impleading petition.

4. In any event, it is on the objections made by the proposed party that the petitioner's application for final approval has not been taken up by the said authorities. The presence of the impleading party might not be strictly necessary, but he is a proper party in whose absence this Court cannot come to a conclusion. Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the Writ Petition.
