Respondent(s) PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorari Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 3rd respondent in Rc. No. 224/2005/A3 dt 30.06.2007 and Rc. No.224/2005/A3, dt 30.6.2007 and quash the same and direct the respondents to revoke the suspension and permit the petitioner to retire from service without prejudice the criminal case as done in the case of Mr.S.K.Rajagopalan, Deputy Collector, in and by the proceedings of the 1st respondent G.O. (2-D) No. 455/Revenue/(SER-II (3) Department dt 04.08.2015 and Mr.K.Ramakrishnan, Tahsildar, Chengalpet in and by the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Rc. No. 18086/2007/A3, dt 17.5.2017 and grant him all consequential benefits.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

2. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
