O R D E R

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the suit in O.S.No.129 of 2025 filed by the respondent / husband for dissolution of marriage from the file of the District Munsif Court, Pattukottai to any other competent Court in Erode District. 1/4

2. According to the petitioner/wife, she is residing at Amaravathi Nagar, Erode District and she is having a child aged about 4 years. It is further stated that the respondent/husband filed the suit for dissolution of marriage at Pattukottai only to harass the petitioner/wife and hence, the present petition.

3. Though the notice has been served on the respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondent.

4. It is seen from the typed set of papers that the petitioner/wife is residing along with her parents at Amaravathi Nagar, Erode District within the territorial limits of District Munsif Court at Erode and she is also having four years child, therefore, it may not be easy for her to travel from Erode to Pattukottai to contest the suit filed by the respondent/husband.

5. Taking into consideration the convenience of the petitioner/wife this transfer petition is allowed. The suit in O.S.No.129 of 2025 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pattukottai, is hereby withdrawn 2/4

and transferred to the file of the District Munsif Court, Erode. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
