The petitioner has filed the above petition to direct the Inspector of Police (Crime), K-2 Ayanavaram Police Station, Ayanavaram, Chennai-600 023, the respondent Police herein to conduct the investigation and file a final report in the above case in Crime No.343 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent-Police herein, within the period as stipulated by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that, already, the investigation is over and charge-sheet has also been filed on 22.11.2024 in e.filing in UID.LTN20230002193C202400105 before the Vth Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.
