ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to pass final order to implement the 4th respondent 2/6

proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1727/2019/A4 dated 12.02.2020 and cancel the forged free site patta in Survey No.328/48 in Kothamangalam Village, Paramathi Vellore Taluk, Namakkal District on the representation given by the petitioner dated 10.12.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions would submit that Revenue Divisional Officer will enquire the matter and orders will be passed within a period of three weeks.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
