2. This petition is filed for a direction to the learned District Munsif, Tindivanam to dispose of the un-numbered E.A.No.--- of 2022 [19R.No. in E.A.No.3523 of 2022] in E.P.No.37 of 2010 in O.S.No.350 of 2008.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has moved E.A.Diary No.3523 of 2022 in E.P.No.37 of 2010 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Tindivanam seeking to remove the orders of attachment in respect of the schedule of properties which is attached to the petitioner. However, the said application stated to be pending since 2022 without even numbering and disposing of the same. If at all any objection in registration of E.A.Diary No.3523 of 2022, the Execution Court should have returned the said application with objections and should have passed appropriate orders in respect of maintainability or registration of Eexcution Application. However, the Execution Court has kept the Execution Application pending whthout passing any orders. Page No.2/4

Considering the circumstances the learned District Munsif, Tindivanam is directed to dispose of unnumbered EA.No.---- of 2022 [E.A.Diary No.3523 of 2022] in E.P.No.37 of 2010 within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
