This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22840 of 2023 dated 05.10.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, (i) the condition imposed on the 1st and 2nd petitioners is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the 1st and 2nd petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

(ii) the condition imposed on the 3rd petitioner is modified and the 3rd petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
