When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the case has now been altered and offence under the provisions of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 have also been added.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh application with correct provision of law and to implead the defacto complainant/ victim.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application.
