This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Town Police Station on everyday at 10.00a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15926 of 2023 dated 04.10.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once, on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
