This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to classify the Boyar Kovil Street situated in S.Nos.63/4, 63/5, Koothampoondi Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District as "Road" in the Revenue Records, based on the online representation of the 1st petitioner dated 27.08.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that already the bundle has been handed over to the petitioner along with change of Vakalat long back.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner has not appeared either in person or through counsel. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed the case further.
