This petition is filed to condone the delay of 515 days in filing the above C.M.A.SR.No.143755 of 2022.

2.None appeared on behalf of respondents 2 and 5. Since respondents 3 and 4 remained ex parte before the Tribunal, notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with.

3.Mr.T.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel entered appearance for the first respondent.

4.Heard. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

5.It is underscored that in the eventuality of the appellants succeeding in the appeal to be taken on record, they would not be entitled to any interest for 515 days.

6.The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.143755 of 2022, if the papers are otherwise in order.
