This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall appear before respondent police on every day at 10.30 am until further orders" in Crl.OP.No.22810 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024 .

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 40 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.22810 of 2024 on 20.09.2024 in para No.6(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders.
