These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the above CRPs.
2. Despite service of notice on the caveator, there is no representation. There is also no counter filed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that similar matters were also filed along with condone delay of less than 10 days and the said applications have been allowed.
4. In the light of the above, having gone through the affidavit filed in support of these applications and also heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, finding that the delay is only 9 days and the same also not been inordinate and having been satisfactorily explained, these applications are ordered.
