This Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(a) imposed by this Court to sign before the respondent police daily on 03.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22421 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 20 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner on 03.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22421 of 2024 in para 7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders.
