Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 3rd respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in Na.Ka.No.575/Aa1/2017 dated 27.01.2017 and quash the same and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner as a Leading Fireman in pursuance of completion of 3 year period of relinquishment and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits.
