C.M.P.No.235 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.143767 of 2022 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 73 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Mr.K.Varadhakamaraj, learned counsel appears for first respondent and he has no objection to the delay of 73 days being condoned.

3.Though notice is served to the second respondent, none appears before this Court.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for first respondent, the delay of 162 days is condoned and the petition is accordingly ordered. 5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
