This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.9640 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5397 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
