This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in in Crl.M.P.No.14200 of in Crl.O.P.No.15524 of 2023 dated 07.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Principal Sessions Judge, NDPS Act, Chennai on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates.
