(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) These petitions are filed by the petitioners / appellants to grant leave to file these writ appeals against the common order dated 15.11.2022 passed in W.P. Nos. 26349 of 2019 and 7736 and 11236 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners /appellants drew the attention of this court to paragraph 23 of the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and submitted that the order impugned herein came to be passed against the interest of the petitioners, after three years from the date of selection and hence, they may be granted leave to file appeals against the same.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, this Court is inclined to grant leave

to the petitioners / appellants to file these appeals. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
