When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mrs.V.Yamunadevi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 27.11.2023 has been duly complied with and he also produced the action taken report dated 30.01.2024 with regard to calling for explanation from the District Collector, Namakkal/1st respondent for not following the order of this Court as well as the circular issued by the Commissioner of Land Administration and the same is recorded.
