This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23824 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024 to report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate, everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition No.7(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 23824 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the jurisdictional Magistrate on the first working day of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
