2. It is seen that notice has already been served on the respondent and the name of the respondent is also printed in the cause list. However, there is no representation for the respondent.
3. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.
4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned.
5. The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.
